* Express post not accept PO BOX address.You must provide complete address with house and street number.
* Korean customer please fill in right zip code (the new 5 figures zip code), otherwise it can not be shipped.
* Can not be shipped to overseas territories, include Subsidiary islands. If you paid, we will refund to you.
*Â We have the rights to change shipping way selected if customer is in remote area or,shipping company policy forbids.
* The remote area surcharge fee: DHL / UPS / FedEx Approx.USD35. To find out whether you are in remote area ,pls contact online customer service or leave message here.
*Â Customers choose China post or HK post should understand they are independent companies hat we can not control. We push them to delivery goods fast but goods may get delayed for unexpected reasons.
*Â Customers have to check the package before signing. In case any carton is broken pls write a statement and ask courier to sign on. Then we will apply for compensation from shipping company to cover customer’s lost.
